  • The Client: A leading US center based ABA therapy provider.
  • The Goal: Looking to expand from an existing base of 35 units to over 100 by 2024.
  • The Process: First, Zeal collaborated with the client to create a prototype site that perfectly fit the client’s operational needs. Next, Zeal identified over 100 high potential trade areas and worked with the client’s executive team to determine which sites would lead to the highest probability of success for the company. Now, Zeal is set to deliver 2 new sites over the next 12 months on-time and on-budget for the client.
  • The Result: Leveraging Zeal’s team and capital, the ABA Therapy provider is on track to more than double EBITDA with little internal capital expenditures. They further engaged Zeal to develop an additional 40 sites over 24 months.
